Unless you are a knowledgeable and sophisticated investor you do not want to risk investing in oil futures. The problem is the leverage. The futures market requires only a 10% payment. In other words for $1000 you can buy $10,000 worth of oil. What that means is that if the market is with you you have a 10x leverage in your favor. But if the market is against you, you can be wiped out in a heart beat.

Your question isn't super clear: are you investing as an individual or for your cormpany? Either way, all you need is a basic online account with any brokerage firm and you can invest in oil futures. It's not difficult at all.
