If you remember before Mark henry got injured, Theodore Long said that the winner of the Henry V Batista match would get a world title shot at Summerslam. Now Mark henry is injured, Mr Kennedy took Henry's place and won his match, does this mean then that he gets a title opportunity at Summerslam. Anyone offer to help me out here, I'm confused?

it wont be long i think before batista retails the championship, the fans love him so i think wwe will drag this one out abit by maybe a tripple threat match at summerslam, booker winning by controversy, and then at the next PPV batista retaining it

At the Great American Bash press conference last week, it was revealed that the previous stipulation was revoked and Batista was making an open challenge. They might have Kennedy try and play off that this week on Smackdown, but it's a foregone conclusion that Booker will hold the title until they debut on CW for Batista to take it back. He might get Booker at SummerSlam too, but that will probably end with a win for Booker or a DQ win for DAVE.

I would not think so because he won by DQ. If anything I think Batista would or they will have a match were both will go against Booker T If I'm Not Mistaken Theodore Long said that Batista would have a Chance to get his title bake when he gave it up too

Ken Kennedy's time is coming. He may not get the title in the near future but barring further injury one of the two titles will be coming his way. He gets a lot more reaction from fans then many of the other superstars do, he's great with a microphone and has a lot of energy and skill. Vince McMahon will find a way to get him a title run. In my opinion, the only weakness in Mr. Kennedy's in ring performance is the lack of a descent finishing maneuver. The Ken-ton bomb has gotta go unless he actually lands on the guy.

No. Batista is now the #1 Contender for the World Championship & it was only an open challenge that Mr. Kennedy accepted from him.

yes. just like teddy long said, he does. hes mark henry replacement. so he gets all the stuff that mark henry would not have won if he was there. but kennedy did not really win. the wwe counts it as a win but batista just got disqualified. they should have a rematch.
