It depends on what your other options are, what position they offer you and what your longer term career goal is....

But genereally speaking, Accenture is seen as quite prestigeous and it is a good company to have worked for at least once in your life.

However, what you must realize on the downside of things, is that Accenture operates with a very aggresive and competitive business model. Employees are really each other's competitors and the business culture is very performance-focused. You must ask yourself if you can handle/like that kind of environment to work in.

Yes - it's very interesting work experience, they pay fairly, it looks good on your cv and they have big international network of offices (if you want to change country one day). It can be competitive and stressful at the times, true, but still, I would give it a shot at least for some time.
