As laws change from State to State, jurisdiction to jurisdiction and so forth, it take two parties to bring forth a legal dispute. A plaintiff, and a defendant. It is utterly impossible for one to sue one's self. Unless however, one has been clinically diagnoised as being of multiple personalities. If such were the case, it would be up to the court (judge), weather or not the case would be allowable in a court-of-law. Should you be successful in your plight, I should hope that you at least get attorney's fees. And, I'm available as a professional witness. For a fee...of course. :-)
