Nothing helped me, the laptop is also 4 years old. No papers left now. Can't prove my ownership. Tried out almost everything but nothing helped me. Really don't know what to do as all my data is stuck there. Any Master password?

dont despair, firstly do not open your laptop,as you will void your warranty if you have one
on boot press del(or it may be f10 on compaq models)and enter setup, there should be a password option in setup,if you go into that you will be able to cancel your existing password and enter a new one,but i would leave it blank(defualt)so as to not have this problem again
anyway windows has a password option and this is easier to repair if something goes wrong

Oh deah. There might be some bios cracking software out there that may help you, but I have doubts if that will work.

Try flashing the BIOS and see what happens. (It's risky though, goes wrong and pc 'bye bye')

Good Luck.
