what do prefer? cats or dogs? and what breed??

I like both. Male cats preferably black and female dogs- mixed breeds are the best and pound rescues seem to be the best.

I own cats because they are less work than dogs who require walks and alot of attention to their mental needs - however I do also like dogs, and prefer longer haired breeds
If I were to buy a dog it would probably be a mutt or a breed with long hair or a Chinese Crested
cats I like longer haired mixed breed cats best- all of ours are spayed or neutered

I enjoy both but prefer dogs. I've had a bichon frise and a bichon/shih tzu cross. So far I'm fond of the cross in terms of temperment and appearance.

I am a dog love hands up...I love corgies and border collies...Both very smart,trains very easy,great protecters and very good companions...Both breeds will bond with only 1 person and the stick to you like clue...Both really great pets...

dogs... full breed dogs are expensive and very good, but mutts are cheaper and just as fun and loveable. i love big dogs like rottweilers... depends on type of person you have, where you live, if you have kids, etc... cats are dirty and scratch everything

I love them both I have a cat and he's mixed and I love him and dogs I've grown up with yorkies and we have 3 now and I love them they are the best!!!

i like dogs, nlack lab.mine is a female named mandy, she is so great with my children and enjoys the company of my other pets too.she is an all around great pet.
