I have a staff which had spent off an amount of my company cash flow. He admitted and now i need to write a letter for him to sign as an evidence for future use. please guide me on that as i need strong words to hold on him. Thanks

If I was you, I would leave your own strong words out of it and let the police or the courts do that. I would get him to sign something factual.....dates and times he has stolen from you and the amounts of course. This of course needs to include his full name and address.
You would do yourself no good by appearing to threaten or abuse him.....just the facts and his admission....eg. I admit that on.......(date).......I stole/embezzled etc .....X amount from ......(your company name and address........
A witness to his signature would be good too.

I suggest you get a lawyer to make the admission. He'd know exactly what to put down to make your case airtight.
