once the testicles are gone. the guy can no longer produce any sperm. he will need to go on hormonal replacement.

The testicle is like the factory that produces sperm and the penis a distribution channel. So if man loses testicles, no factory so nothing to distribute. On top of that, penis is by right made redundant so gets depressed so erections may be a problem = Actually man will lose vital male hormones and turn feminine hence problem with erection.

The testes makes millions of sperm cells a day as Carrie stated but it takes the sperm 4 to 6 weeks to make it thought the epididymis to the vas deferens where it is stored until ejaculation. The sperm cells are only 1/600 of an inch in size and it takes a microscope to see them.

Erect - yes. Produce sperm - no. And that's serious. I mean... if you lose both testicles... where would the sperm be produced?!

No. Men without their testicles develope breast, not as big as females and some other female traits. No more erections or sperm. Will never feel horny anylonger. Can nolonger reproduce.

cannot produce sperm, can get erect, because an erection is just blood flow to the penis. why you would donate your cahones is beyond me because no one sir but YOU can use them... but hey, do what ya gotta do (for some strange reason) I'm keeping mine.
