The British Boy Scouts Pledge and Law an historical survey.
"Unlike the Ten Commandments, to which it was frequently compared, the scout law underwent a number of revisions and rewordings following its first formulation in 1908, and it is well to begin by indicating precisely which version we are talking about. As the earliest form of law and oath seems to me the most significant one, I accordingly reproduce both exactly as they appeared in the first edition of Scouting for Boys (1908), together with the important exegesis which accompanied them:"

I think earlier answers must be from Americans because although they bare a likeness to what I remember, they are not the same.
Having said that, I actually can't recall the Scout Law other than:
A Scouts' duty is to be useful and to help others.
A Scout is clean, in thought, word and deed.
I'll have to think about the rest. Sorry.
Regards.
Sash.
