Try your local college (my local college does languages in every european language and a few other languages - morning, afternoon and evening), or put a notice up in your local newsagent asking for a Spanish Speaker to teach you.

Try looking for a spanish student who will swap spanish classes for english classes. one day you teach them english next day they teach you spanish.
