I want to pursue my undergraduate degree in software engineering. I'm really confused between the university of Edinburgh in the UK and Rochester Institute of Technology.
the University of Edinburgh has a reputation of being the best computin university in the UK, when the Rochester Institute of Technology doesn't have such great reputation in the US.what do y'all think, what's the better choice OVERALL?

First, Rochester Institute of Technology is a decent regional college. You are right that it is certainly not an elite college, but don't sell it short.

I always tell people to go to the best university that they can get into. Going to school overseas would be a great experience. Edinburgh is also one of the most beautiful cities I have ever seen.
