Put Tea Tree oil (available at Walmart, health food stores and New Age shops) one or two drops on your toothpaste and useing a soft toothbrush gently brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes. It tastes nasty and might make you gag but do it anyway because it works. Give it a week and brush twice a day. Gums too.

Lecithin is a preventative that you can buy in the vitamins section also start using a 50/50 blend of water & H2O2 (hydrogen Peroxide) as a rinse twice a day! Work your way up to 33/33/33 H2O2, H2O, Scope or Listerine.

Brush at least twice a day to keep mouth clean & quit stressing out about it! Stress only makes them worse & more frequent!

Brew a strong Sage and Thyme tea (1tbsp per cup) and add a little salt (less than 1 pinch). Let it steep for 30 minutes, then use as a gargle. It works realy well. I like the Tea tree oil, add a drop to the amount of tea you are gargling with and it will heal really rapidly. However, I agree that the only thing that will keep it gone is getting rid of your stress. I am at windstarhealing.com if you have any questions.

After you brush your teeth, rinse your mouth out with a sip of hydrogen peroxide. It will foam up, just keep spitting until it's done. Your mouth ulcers will go away. Mouth ulcers are caused by a virus.
