Some people don't get any symptoms! That's right, the perfect pregnancy... well, if we could all just trust ourselves and our bodies. Probably the only thing that's wrong is you won't be able to relax because you'll worry about if something's wrong since you don't have any symptoms as an indicator. I will say that I was about 2 months pregnant before anything really hit my first time, and that was mostly carsickness! Besides that, I just kinda felt like I was going to get my period any day. Just see your doctor regularly. Quite a few women on my due date club (aka, we're all 6-7 months along now) have felt nothing but the good stuff, or maybe a little backache once they started getting bigger, or a kick in the ribs. I must say, I envy those ones that have no morning sickness.

Yes. First of all, even if you were going to get morning sickness, it doesn't usually start this soon. A fair number of women never get it. Dizziness is NOT a common symptom.

Usually the most common symptom is the need to pee often, plus being extra tired.

But some women don't feel different at all. This is not a sign to worry.

not all women get sick right away or at all. take it as a blessing. start taking prenatal vitamins and stop doing things (if you are) like drinking alcohol. you may just be a little bloated in the beginning. your first doctor office visit should be between 8 to 12 weeks. drink lots of water and get at least 8 hours of sleep. This will help with the first trimester tiredness and will cut down on nausea if you start to get it. congrats!

Every pregnancy is different. I personally am 8.5 weeks and if it weren't for the heat in this god-awful apartment I live in, I probably wouldn't be very tired or dizzy either. See your doctor soon though, ob care is important early on as later. They'll also give you vitamins to take and check for other problems.
Congrats.
