I think what a woman needs to be beautiful is to love herself first. If you do not love what your mama gave you then how can somebody else love it. Then be yourself, clean , confident and get some brain matter into your pretty head. That way you can make intelligent small talk any time any where without embarrasing your man.
Love yourself girl. You will then enjoy yourself.

A girl can be beautifully when she doesn't shout what she has and let others find her in my opinion one who is beautiful inside doesn't need to show her body to attract cause she is perfectly beautiful and believe in herself so I'm not agree with fully made up girl they have nothing especial inside

first she has to believe she is pretty then, start taking care of her hair her skin, do some exercise to be in perfect shape, but usually it's all about how YOU consider yourself.
