He's pretty unique. Lots of T&A in his films but good enough plots and well shot so they are more than just nudie flicks.
There were a few Japanese directors in the 70's who did similar things but with added ninjas and fighting but I can't remember their names. Julio Medem's film Sex & Lucia is kind of similar but more emotional and complex but lacking in the light humour of Brass.

He is a legend, i've got most of his films and will be interested to see if there is anyone else who makes films in his style.
