1. Drink lots of water.
2. Lower your stress
3. See a dermatologist. There is a medicine that pretty much
cures acne. It's very expensive.
4. Don't touch your face with unwashed hands.
5. Get 8 - 9 hours of sleep every night.
6. Don't wear make-up except on special occasions.
7. After washing your face with fragrance free plain old soap and
warm water, apply a facecloth, soaked with whole milk, to your
face while you get horizontal and rest for 15 minutes.

I used to have the acne problem, but as I grow older the problem seemed to diminish by itself. I remember being told to keep my face cleaned by washing my face religiously by day and at night, and sometimes in the afternoon if my face emitted oil and was clogged by dust or impurity, as often as I should. And then applied a thin layer of lotion, the one that wouldn't clog pores.

So I'd suggest use a good quality of facial wash that fits your skin type and rinse gently, along with rubbing your face with it in order to keep your face sparky clean at all times. Once your face is thoroughly cleaned, your blemish will be decreasing before you know it.
