Most people will say "just take deep breaths" or something, but I have another idea. Have some things around you that you can throw and break when you`re angry, just throw a tantrum like a kid! I`ve only done that once, with the video remote......i felt a bit silly afterwards but it worked, I was calm!

I focus on my breathing and try and think of something calming OR if I am near my room I scream into a pillow. THen when the anger subsides I think about why I am angry and why the other person/situation would make me angry and try and see the light of it or see what actoin I need to take.

As there goes a saying "laughter is the best medicine". So when you get angry, you laugh. you will definitely calm down your nerves.

Count to ten, but that doesn't usually help. Listen to your favorite music. scream in your pillow. Write in your journal. Talk to friends and ask them just to listen, not to give you advices or tell you that you are wrong. Write the anger out and burn it... Those only a few of the ways to calm yourself down.

I've been in anger management they tell you to look at the situation from the others point of view, finding reason sometimes helps. if it doesn't.......close your eyes take a deep breath and walk away. that is the one that works for me

tighten ur entire frame and clench ur fists tight,hold that for 10-30 seconds then breath out-that will release a lot of negative energy!

well try to count down from 10 to 01 if that dont work sing do my ears hang low that will get you in a good mood.

go to aplace where there is much air and breathe deeply then go to a quiet place somewhere and listen to relaxing tunes.
