sounds like you may have gotten scammed. Check out the ripoff report or other rip off sites to see. I would contact the police, if you find out that it is...
YOU SHOULD NEVER HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO GET A PRIZE...that is why they call it a prize...the only one you have to pay is the government...
Check your accounts to see if there has been unauthorized payments made...

You just got conned. I had received the same stuff about sms bash etc and had forwarded it to yahoo at abuse@yahoo.com to verify. They confirmed it was a hoax. So kiss goodbye to your donation. As the good ole man says 'there are no free lunches'

when you win a prize, you should never send anyone any money. if it is regit, you will get the prize without sending anything to them.
