Yes, it happens all the time, with help and on its own. I have it and I'm 8.5 weeks. My doctor was totally unhelpful for me, so I had to order books. Try the link below for some great resources.
Your main concern is going to be regulating your diet. Your doctor may chose to put you on a couple different forms of medication, from metformin to Clomid. Do some research, ask your doctor, and good luck.

yes, don't give up hope. I have PCOS & have been pregnant twice (even though I miscarried both times). It's not inpossible. I know several people on ConceptionBoard.com that has PCOS & had successful pregnancies, but it takes seeing a doctor who is experienced in PCOS to help you.

yes, although that would depend on the severity of the condition. You can google sites which give you more info as well as support groups which you can join. Google the whole name as well as PCOS. Good luck!

the chances are very very slim.
i was tested for it so i looked into it alot.
very sorry if you have pcos.
