You don't want to skipp or eat once a day. Your body will store fat and you will not lose weight but starve your self the best way to lose weight is to just excercise even though it is hard work and your get tired fo it. You will boost your self confidence telling people you have been working out and they say you look like you have. I nkow it is the best feeling in the world for some one to say you look amazing. Try to eat snack sized meals every four to five hours. Except three to four hours before bed. Doing this will boost you matabolism and reduce the need to eat a big meal every time you seat down at the table. Try to get some cardio in jog or go for morning jogs or fast walks just to get the heart pumping. Trust me I know a thing or two about dieting The Slim fast diet works also if you don't pig out on sweets ro huge meal eat toast with it or fruit for breakfast and maybe a small salad or sandwitch for lunch and something small for supper so you are not totally cutting out food. Skipping just like running, walking or jogging is always good for you. To lose weight you always have to cut your calorie intake and increase your mobility. One goes hand in hand with each other.

You're speaking about skipping meals right? it's terrible for you, you'll loose weight, but once you start eating like a normal person, you'll gain more than you had before because your Metabolism will have slowed down to dangerous levels.... think twice, fasteing makes you fat

One of my ex boyfs was a boxer in the army and he used to skip to keep fit! So, yes, it probably does work. It also improves co-ordination.
