Most of the time when I see that my first thought is "geez, that would drive my completely out of my mind to have that STUD in my tounge!"

if its playful then id think they were being playful. if they do it between their fingers suggestivley so, then its not playful :P

If it was a guy i would think the reason for him showing me his tongue was to show me how long it is...gross but true
