If you can get on yahoo, you can download Yahoo! Messenger with Voice from the yahoo homepage. It will lead you through what you need to do to put it on your computer and as soon as you are done, tada! you will have instant messaging at your beck and call, providing yahoo isn't in one of it's moods. Most Internet services like yahoo and MSN have instant messaging you can download off of the home pages. Have a go at it and see how you do. Good luck!!
