Ok lets see not comfortable shirtless this is usually due to how one is trained by parents to always cover up but it also sets us up for self image problems. Which I'm sorry to say you have. Based on what you expect your family to do when you attempt this act. How about (this is no joke!) taking off your pants instead. I mean walk around the house with a T shirt and your undershorts on, that way if they do laugh you are laughing with them. try that evryday after a while someone will ask you to put on some clothes the put your pants on and take off the shirt this will at this point be acceptable to them cause the alternative might be no underwear. Difficult but it can be done Good Luck......reaper out .....................

Why do you feel this way? By the sounds of things someone embarrassed you when you were young? Is this so?
If it is, then you need to talk it through with someone, either the person involved or your health practitioner - talking through these things can help to make them seem less of a problem than they are and sometimes it helps to talk to someone who isnt involved in the situation.
Good luck
