Word may be like India, Hindu, Delhi etc.
I means i can choose certain words and related news will displayed in a particular section of my website.

I knew about RSS feeds. but as i said I want the news which contains only specific words.

if u wanna to include news or current events link on ur site u have go for RSS feed u can get it from free or by pay from any RSS enable site in india also there r several site which get these service free or u can also get a google adsense for ur news and current section

well its not possible untill you update those sections on regular basis since these keywords are primary keywords and won't come into rank easily
here is something that only concentrates of one keywords i.e. "hindu news" and for this single keywords the author have created a hindu news blog that gets updated on regular basis
