Not if your neighbors don't care. They're the ones who have to pay for all of the power being used.

Well, as long as your neighbour consent to it. There's nothing wrong to it. Question is,.. Is this going to be a permanent set up? Now that would be wrong! And if you tapped to his power line without his knowledge, and you're asking us if its wrong,then i'd say there's something wrong with you.

Well, for the sake of your well being.........no......the neighbors are paying their bill so it is not stealing....they are giving the power to you as a gift or you are returning the amount you use. Whatever way, it's not stealing to me.......

My parents neighbor's did that. They are old and on a fixed income.
