If you don't count humans, and assuming you mean animals which are dangerous mainly to humans, then it would be the rat.

People generally think of rodents as disgusting but rather harmless, though many people suffer phobias about them, especially rats and mice. However, the real reason rats historically have been most dangerous to humans is that they are found wherever we are (often in huge numbers), and they are great vectors of deadly diseases.

The bubonic plague of the middle ages killed millions of people, at that time estimated to be at least half the world's population - these deaths were all caused by rats that were infested with fleas that harbored the plague virus. The rats lived in close quarters with the humans, and their deadly cargo of virus infected fleas bit people (as well as the rats, but the rats are immune to the virus) and thus a pandemic was born.

In comparison, classic man-killers like lions, leopards, tigers, sharks, crocodiles and venomous reptiles kill only a few hundred or at most a few thousand (venomous snakes are the most deadly of this group of killers - worldwide their victims number in the thousands) each year.

Humans. They have caused more destruction in their short time than Dinosaurs or any other species during their entire existence.

If you are talking about animals you should attempt to avoid on adventures, then I am certain of alligators and crocs. Elephants can be Territorial. And any larger mammal with babies, especially Mountain Lions and Charlais cattle.
From what I have read, nearly every animal in Australia. However, dangerous animals tend to get the most press, so my readings may have been biased.

Any animals can be most dangerous. it really depends on the situation.
For example:
a cow while having a baby.
a famished pig!
In contrast,
A tiger will not attack people if she doesnt feel as threat or the tiger just ate a deer or human!

If you say human, it is because we all hate each other!
If said so, I will say animal with hate is the most dangerous!

When I went to Africa they told me that the Cape Buffalo are the most dangerous to people. It is more likely that a person can accidentally startle them or vice versa. You don't know they are there until.....
Hippos are also up there. Our boat got charged by an open mouthed hippo that seemed to be coming right out of the lake at us. Our hearts are still racing from that!

Human beings they can tame and eat any animal they feel like and they are outgrowing all the other animals in the world. humans are also the reason that other animals are heading towards extinction and humans are the only animals which keep the other most dangerous animals in captivity
