sleep now as much as you can, don't worry about screwing up your current routine becuase once the baby comes you won't sleep again, and it'll take time anyway to get a new routine with the baby. I realized I won't be able to sleep till my daughter is at that age where they sleep until noon.. oh how I look forward to that so I can sleep in again!!

is your bed to hard? to soft? Try putting a body pillow between your legs and then under the belly and then wrap your arms around it (sleep on your left side, it is best for circulation getting to the baby). I have noticed that when the room is cooler, I sleep better. but if you are up all night sleep while you can, you need it right now. your baby is gaining a pound a week. that is taking alot of energy from your body. don't skip on your sleep. good luck and congrats

well, i suggest u find something to do at night, like cross stitch or something and go to bed when u get really sleepy and sleep all u want after that coz once your bundle of joy arrives, u can forget the deep sleeps as u have to be alert and jump out of bed at anytime of night.. so enjoy your sleep for the next half a month or so.. think of the "i cant sleep at night" as a good thing, as in training for when ur baby arrives.. congrats girl.. may ur bundle of joy bring u lots of happiness and laughter

ya, that is the hard stage. Sleep when you want to. You body needs it, even if it is not on a time Schedule. Try a warm shower and a cup of warm milk, before you lay down. Then wait another 15 minutes do a quite activity like reading. I hope that helps!Congrats!

hiya
my personal experience lead me to rest when my body was able and get up and do something at other times.
after having four very differnt pg's i'd say go with your body, it knows best believe it or not.
when the baby is here you are naturally going to be shattered so it is advised that you call o n someone to help you out so get some naps in...you'll need and deserve it!!
just dont stress over it, your life wont end if you dont sleep at night for a while and before long it will right itself....honest!
xx

I wish I had an answer for you. It's 4am here and I'm just about 8 months pregnant. I know exactly how you feel, even if I don't know how to solve your sleep problems. I can't wait to sleep on my back again! Or without heartburn. Anyways, good luck!

Sleep whenever you can because the baby wont have a strict schedule anyway and you'll need your rest

Ask your doctor about taking Tylenol PM. Regular Tylenol (the recommended dose) is safe.

Talk to your doctor. You can get sleeping pills through a perscription. I think some women get ambien for their sleeping. But definitely talk to your doctor.
