If I am a citizen of Uzbekistan may I get a work permit and then to find a job in UK?

I am married for 10 years. Have a good work experience in Administration. So, I'd like to find a job in UK in that field...If it's required i can send you my CV.

Why do you want to come to the UK? It is going downhill rapidly 'cos of all the immigrants!

come to the US instead.
I moved here from Uzbekistan with my parents (my grandpa came before and requested for my mom and dad to come here since she's his daugther).
