I've heard many good things about pilates, but I'm a girl who likes to go to the gym work out, and it sounds like pilates wouldn't do much more than that could. but do u think it would help tone my body? has it worked for you??

pilates is a great workout...when i first tried it out i thought to myself "oh this is gonna be breezy"...but as i got into the workout i started to sweat and feel the burn...i really recommend doing pilates...especially if you want to tone up.

absolutley, it makes you also flexible and doesn't put that mauch stress on your body and muscles as weights do.
