Reinact your first date. Whether you went to the cinema or out for a meal. Show you care about her.
You could buy some roses and lay rose petals all over the bed, have a bottle of champers and a box of her fave choc and make her feel like a princess.
You could frame a picture of you two together and have the frame engraved. eg. I Love You on it.

Get her a dozen roses and a box of chocolate. She'll love that, if she isn't on a diet of some kind. If she is, replace the chocolates with a picnic, well thought out. Preferrably in a nice park, where its not too busy, like a state park, or a park with a walking trail on it.

jewellery never fails, my boyfriend got me a beautifull charm bracelet for my birthday last month and he said for every special occasion ie: birthdays, xmas, wedding, he is going to get me a charm that means something for that occasion, that way the bracelet will carry special memories for me always, that is a beautiful idea.

write her a poem...even if it isnt good, it will be from your heart and THAT is something no piece of jewelry or perfume or "gift" can ever replace.
then give her wild hot oral sex for 3 hours.
