i am going to koblenz on a once of a lifetime trip. probably never get the chance again. so i want to go to the cemetery in luxembourg to visit my uncle's grave. he was killed in ww2

What cemetery? There are several. Be sure you have the address.

It is 'just' across the border. Travel time Koblenz - Luxembourg by train is about nearly three hours and also if you take a rented car you need some time to drive there.
