The Grammy's recognized Rap's music sales volumes, which at the time was popular--unlike today. They did the same thing in the late 70s with Disco......so where's the Disco Grammy category now????? Anyone?????? It's where Rap is heading quite soon.

Just because there is a catagory for something in the Grammys doesn't make it music. The Grammy is for recordings, any recording, that is also the reason there is a catagory for spoken word recordings. So according to your logic "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire" on CD is music too!
