Well, that's what people said about the Charleston and Swing Music of the 1920s.
Or the very early Rock-A-Billy 1950s rock which might be popular with people in their 60s and 70s now who grew up in the 1950s.

I have found as I have gotten older my tastes in music have calmed down. The older I get I find that the angry music I used to love now takes a back seat to the calm and relaxing music I now enjoy.
It isn't that I hate angry music (rap, death metal). I just don't enjoy it much.
My parents generation which grew up to the Beatles still listen to the Beatles and such but it seems they enjoy quiet relaxing music.
That is apart of getting older.

Yes it is!
Right now you can go into nursing homes and see old poeple with headphones listening to Led Zepplin.
We will also be sporting some seriously twisted and wrinkled tattoos.

Yes I can, which is quite disturbing. But then, there are so many others not like that, so I guess it all boils down to which type of youth survives longer.
