They won't win the division this year, there are just too many games to overcome. And it doesn't help the Braves chances with both Chipper and Andrew ailing. Other players have picked up the slack, but it doesn't bode well the longer the Jones boys are out of the lineup. If Atlanta continues to build around their young talent without compromising their future they should be back to winning the NL East in no time.

I'm sorry my friend... The Braves had a fantastic 14-year run in which they won their division and made it to the World Series in 1991,92, 95 and 96, but they've run out of seasoned veterans and have relied far too much on youngsters to keep the ship afloat. This should've happened a couple of years ago, but the Braves managed to do a cut and paste job.
If you win your division 14 years in a row and only win one world series, I think the team is a failure. The Braves will be myred in a rebuilding process that may be cut short if they spend a few bucks to bolster their pitching rotation and get some decent infielders.

NO, ITS OVER
The only records left this year are to see how many more games Bobby Cox can get ejected from; which helps get him a head start on his daily drinking.
Bobby Cox will probably go back to being an alcoholic and beating his wife.
Chipper needs to be healthy because once he stops hitting , Vegimite will take his spot.
Andrew will leave ATL soon, Smoltz too.
Francour will go sell hot dogs
Giles needs to stop being such a pussy

No. Face it, a team can't just show up in the second half and win it.

Nope. Chipper is off the juice, hence the dip in homeruns. The starting rotation is not that good anymore.
