Because the Greeks fought and won the battle and wrote the story about their illustrious victory. It was written in Greek, and therefore belongs to Greek literature. You didn't really expect the Trojans to immortalize their devastating loss by recording it and passing it down to all future generations to read about, did you? We have no surviving Trojan writings at all, to my knowledge. What country in the world is going to make the story of their worst defeat a literary masterpiece to be handed down through the ages?
