no,but i guess that depends where you are from in the us you have to be 18 to buy but some states you have to be 21 to posses it..and some countries its illeagal to have any porn.

Nope. If all participants are consenting adults, and the porn is viewed in compliance with local indecency codes (usually in private, by adults), it's legal.

No, in fact in the U.S., most porn is legal.
Let me see if I can think of the ones that are illegal.
The following, to the best of my knowledge, are illegal:
Underage (pedophilia)
Animals (bestiality)
Snuff (killing)
Rape (actual, not simulated)
Um, I think that's it. Everything else goes...unless I missed something.
