So this is just the hook and I'm trying to describe what a person with an eating disorder would go through but I just need some words to fill in the blank below besides, "Her thighs are too fat, her stomach is too big" I'm not too good on descriptive word choice now.
The reflection of a young girl stares back at her in a bathroom mirror. She looks at her body in disgust. Nothing seems perfect to her; her thighs feel like ______, her stomach _____, etc.
Her body is no where near the slender shape that it should be. Tears start to well up in her eyes as she wonders how long it would be until she would reach her goal.

With difficulty she stood gazing at her imperfect reflection in the fairly large mirror. Her eyes filled up with tears of disgust, in her mind she was flawed and damaged. Perhaps the sadness was brought on by thoughts of how undeserving she was of the attention or perhaps it was the constant reminder that she will never look like the majority of her peers. Her body is no where near the slender shape that it should’ve been, she let her hands dangle from her body like useless scraps of paper on the desk. Her thighs felt unusually large and her stomach was no near her goal.

WOW!! First of all thats a really good introduction except it should be "eyes as she wonders how long it will be until she reaches her goal"
fill in the blanks - her thighs make her feel like marshmallow man or her thighs fell like oversized mmarshmallows, her stomach a pit of despair, junk and as big as a truck.

Since she has an eating disorder you might want to use a food metaphor: Jello, Marshmellows, A tub of Lard for example.
