Many such varieties are available for sale. Hardy kinds are easiest for the beginners. Since I do not know where you live i can't tell you where to buy them. But I can tell you who in your neighborhood can tell you. Contact your local farm advisor's office or univ extension and ask to speak to a local MASTER GARDENER. They are local experts on all garden related questions. You local MASTER GARDENERS will tell where you can get them right there in your own neck-o-the-woods.

The sleeping beauty waterlily is on the endangered flora list. I'm not sure if it is available for sale or not.
