Afrikaans isn't on the list on Babel Fish.

I wanted the input of an Afrikaans-speaker as I know there are different ways to say "I love you", for example.

My girlfriend is South African and it's our 20 month 'anniversary' in a few days' time.

We'll be in South Africa at the time so I thought it would be nice to write it in her first language.

Geluk met die herdenking van ons twintigste maand saam.

(Congratulations on the celebration of 20 months together.)

I'm not a lecturer, but did pass Afrikaans/Dutch 3 at the University of Stellenbosch with honors.
