will the spindel off an f-350 duely fit an f-250 3/4 ton single wheel & work without modifing anything?

The spindle?? That has little to do with the rear end. If it's 2WD you can swap the rear ends. I don't know why you want a 4.10, that's a terrible gear. I always stick with the 3.50 gear. You can find it on the maxi vans or some of the trucks. The dually rear end has a different brake setup and won't work well. The front spindles will not work. Did one break? That would be a first unless you hit a boulder. Really need more information on what you are doing here. Good luck.
