What are you doig to try and stay cool?? I like to hear everyone's ideas!! isn't summer great!!!!??!

it was 117 where i live yesterday, with no a/c. my daughter and i fill a cold bath and get in and out throughout the day. we take long drives in the air-conditioned car, and find excuses to go to stores. we went to toys-r-us and played there for about an hour, ha :) freezing wet washcloths then putting them on your neck before bed is nice, too. i love summer, but this is insane!!

This is the longest hot spell I can remember. We went to the movies all weekend (saw four). One was "An Inconvenient Truth", Al Gore's lectures about global warming. Sure seems like it. If you haven't seen the movie, it is chilling!

I always try and carry and wet washrag with me.I get hot falshes.Thats bad.

throw on you some brown tinted shades and a flip flops! thats all you need!
