I am a bi female. There can be some jealousy, so beware. Open communication and honesty (between all parties involved) is the key.
She sounds lucky to have a cool husband like you :)

It's a sexual act dude, not a marriage. You may think it's hot and OK as many guys do but remember that she someday may prefer a woman over you and you will be history when 2 women plan to get you out. Sometimes a few hours of lust ends up being a world of hurt.. Let it alone, if she comes to you and confesses she wants it then you may think yourself liberal enough to allow it, but if she really is bi, she will find a way to fulfill the need with or without you. Some day your youth will be gone and so will much of the sex and then you will be left with what? It's in the nature of women mostly to please their man and if you kept encouraging this then she may think it's as well what you want and she will do it to please you, but be warned many a bi woman goes lesbian. If you truly love her you do not want to see her with another lover, now do you? It's your heart and happiness, so when she brings home a man then what after all you allowed her a woman lover and you knew she is bi, right?

I think you're doing great already. Just make sure that you are friendly and accepting of her new bi friends, and I think that making friends with other bi people and couples (just friends no sex) would be great for both of you. Life if full of interesting challenges, and it helps to go through it with people in similar situations.

Tell her its okay. Ask her questions without judgement.
Ask her what kind of females shes attracted too. You should make it a comfy convo. You can laugh at her taste and tell you when you were this age you used to like...girls that wore glasses because they seemed to know more or something.
You are going to have to talk to her. And talk to her as you would talk to her. She isnt a crazy patient, so dont treat her as one.
She isnt a baby. So dont treat her as one.
She is your wife, your Queen, so treat her as it.

Try threesome, alternating: 1 guy+you+your wife and then 1gal+your wife+you.... post the results over here for the 'community' guidance.

Maybe she's gay and just is afraid to tell you. That is why she wants to have the woman all to herself. I just don't get it.
