No, this is not true in any way. A man will not become sterile just because he doesn't masturbate.

No. This is a common myth that is not true at all. Depending on your age, you might have wet dreams if you don't masturbate. If you're done with puberty, then it really won't affect anything. Try worrying about something more important than if you will be sterile.

I haven't heard that even as an urban myth. (But you can check the link below on that.)
The old wive's tale goes to the other way: that masturbation is harmful. With various and sundry associated myths such as that a male produces a limited number of sperms in his lifetime.
You might check the second (and third) Web sites below, which discuss the Children of God, a religion that believed in early sex as part of their religion. Some adherents believed that masturbation was a sin. Well, as far as that goes it's consistent with Roman Catholic tradition and beliefr. But the Church also believed that sex should be a means of evangelism. Some seemed to believe that semen was a Host, as in Holy Communion.
Some health authorities (the UK comes to mind) have argued that oral sex is healthier for young people than masturbation, and safer than vaginal sex. Mutual masturbation by pubescent and adolescent boys and girls is recommended by some.
Sports and Scouting were long promoted as a way of getting boys to be outdoors and in public spaces and to keep their pants on and not to masturbate.
I heard an anecdote many years ago of a boy who asked the head of his boy's school whether masturbation was harmful. The school head replied with what became known there as the "Masturbation Proclamation": "Your grandfather did it. Your father did it. I did it. And you're going to do it." (The head was a believing Episcopalian.)
So: there is more than one point of view. There are lots of old wives' tales and urban myths. Religion interferes in this subject a great deal -- on both sides.

it's not true, your body has it's own natural way to release the excess sperm that you have if you dont really masturbate, and in a way of wet dreaming during night time. sterility does not depend on masturbating or not. ok? hope you got it.

I heard that when I was about 13. I jerk it about 3-4 times a day because of it.

No, there is no correlation at all between failure to masturbate and sterility.

yes he can.
for a man to have optimal health , the prostate gland must be
emptied regularly.
if not, he can develop prostatitis.
if he has chronic prostatitis,
it can lead to sterilization.
so if a man is not having sex regularly,
he needs to masterbate to maintain health.
