Has she noticed? If not, act like you normally would next time you see the person. If your behavior has been very obvious, then next time you see her, say something like, "I have been acting strange lately, and in case you have noticed I am sorry and here's why..."
IMHO, it is best to be very straightforward and let her know what is going on, you are sorry if it upset, annoyed, offended, etc. her, and that you hope things can go back to normal. If you are genuinely sorry, and haven't been exceptionally, I see no problem with being able to patch things up. Good luck :)

The best thing to do is tell that person, hey I have been having a werid last few days I am sorry if I acted strange not really sure what was wrong with me and then ask do you ever have days like that. Maybe it will lead to a good converstation.

Just tell them what you told us... we all have our freaky moments now and then, and if they can't understand that, then maybe you should reconsider your attachment. All of us have had our share of botched relationships that we wished we could have done differently, don't give up hope.. I think you can repair this pretty painlessly... just give them a call and explain what was going on, I would venture to bet they will forgive you and the two of you can just move on. Peace.

It depends on how exactly youv'e been acting and the reason youv'e been acting that way. The best thing is communication, people wont know how you feel and what your'e thinking unless you let them in. Best of luck.

Tell her you know you were acting weird and give some explanation for it. And things seem to be better now, and that you hope you didn't do anything to bother or offend her.

tell them that. just what you said, you weren't feeling yourself and your sorry for acting like an a** or however you were acting. Since they like you they'll probably ask if it's anything they can help with and they'll completly understand.

Just let it go, you may feel like the other person really notice, maybe they didn't. I would just act like yourself now and if anything is said appologize and then let it go. Good Luck

Just talk to them in person. Treat them to some food or something and apologize and explain. It will make things better, I promise.
