1) Change your phone #
2) Get pictures of the people watching you. They don't like this and will quit.
3) Explain this to an attorney for documentation and get a restraining order.
4) If at all possible move to a different location.
5) If nothing else make sure the locks are changed.

File for legal divorce for the grounds of "desertion" and/or "adultery" if you have pictures of him with the other woman or proof that there is another woman. Change your cellular number and if he approaches you, report him to the police for stalking and harassment. You might also consider moving to a new residence where he will not be able to gain entry or convince anyone to watch you. You could also TELL the other woman that he is continuously calling you and ask her to make him stop. That should stop him. Let your new neighbors know that your ex is stalking you and not to give any information about you to him.

Tell your loser ex Beware, you will call the police if and every time he bothers you.
Call your police station and alert them of your situation.
Let all your family and friends including his family that he harasses you and continues to interfere in your life.
Get rid of your cell phone for awhile , or change your number.
Caution those that are watching you that your ex is in serious litigation problems and that they too with get whats coming to them if they don't back off.
You should try to be around your immediate family for a while.
have your brother be near you. car pool to and from work/. if you live alone ,move back home for awhile.
Such cases of divorce are so troublesome, But you must do what you have to do otherwise this creep will wind up hurting you and you don't need that.
Take care!!!!!!!!

In this order: Move. Get a new cell phone. Get a divorce. Restraining orders do nothing but make men more angry.
Move
Get a new cell phone
Get a divorce.

Been there and done that. My ex did the same thing. I just totally did not ever respond to him. Not even to be mean or upset. Because it made him try harder. I did end up getting a restraining order also. Good Luck to you I hope for the best for you. And above all get a good attorney.

Call your phone provider and get the number changed tell them you are being harassed and they shouldnt give you any problem about changing that. Go to the police right away and talk to then and tell them whats going on also see if you can get copies of every message sent to you. Then talk to your attorney that might acually be the first person to talk to and tell him about the harassment and having someone watch you. Good luck,

Tell the other somebody and get a restraining order...if he breaks it send him to jail. Since he has a drug addiction he probably has people addiction to..change your cell phone number...change the locks on the doors...change your email...and only converse to him through your lawyer...if he doesn't get it..I'm sure a knock on his door from the police department will.
P.S. Secretly you like the attention though...

file for a restraining order or order of protection by calling the local court house or police station and ask them what to do next. Every time you discover someone is watching you, write down the date, time, their description and of course their names if you know it but that's not totally necessary - just prove that it's happening first.

change cell numbers, get a restraining order, get a mean dog, document everything with the police. Is he dangerous? Arm yourself. Go to the firing range, take lessons if that makes you feel better. If you should ever need to use the weapon dont hesitate
