U CANT COMPARE THE TWO
Sachin is an all time Great.
Whereas Dravid is a peak of carrer now.
Sachin is the best batsman after Donald Bradman. See his Stats.
See How many matches he has won single handedly both with bat and ball. Also he has been a icon for past 16 yrs.
Dont U all remeber the not too distant time when People used to turn off TV after Sachin was Out.
Now Because of the injuries he is sustaing on a regular basis, Dravid has overshadowed him.
But still Dravid cant bring the excitement and cheers that Sachin Used to Bring.

Both are class in their own way, but if we have to rate one over other then at present, Dravid is definitely better than Sachin in test form of the cricket. He has the techinique and patience which are must for a test batsman. Technically Dravid is a bit ahead of Sachin. Atleast he can play all his shots while Sachin has to restrain from some due to past injuries.
In the one day form, Sachin is ahead of Dravid.ODI doesn't demand that much technique, see Dhoni, and lesser patience.
Sachin has better pace than Dravid and thats what this form of the game demands. His shots look more classy and stylish than of Dravid's and thus he is the favorite the crowd.
To conclude, both are two different jewels of the India and each has it's own lusture.

This is really a tough question.
Though Sachin had won many matches for India, I rate Rahul to be better than Sachin.
The main reason is that When Sachin Tendulkar got the captaincy, that extra burden showed a big impact in his batting. But where as Dravid did and also doing this job very effectively.
The other striking difference is that Sachin bats very well if there is a little bit of assistance for batsmen. But where as Rahul can bat well in purely batting pitches too.
These are the main striking differences between these tow and there are many.

Sachin started enjoying on the age of sixteen dealing with Malcolm Marshall ,Joel garner and Courtney Walsh on the age of sixteen is like breaking your bones on a similar time as Dravid and Gavaskar debuted on the age of 23 and 22 respectively which isn't that youthful So i think of Sachin is the final between the three
