Do you mean Internet Centre?

As far as I know it is Armtech in Palavanthangal, near Nanganallur

It costs Rs. 15 per hour for regulars

If you take a Rs. 50 card it will be 5 hours (i.e Rs 10 / hour at minimum 5 minutes)

If you go for Rs 100 card you will get 11 hours (i.e Rs 9 / hour)
