I have the time, the programming skills and some assistance to build an impressive online application but my top 5 ideas seem to be weak at best. Any ideas for a unique online application/website to build, if not where could i look to research ideas?

A CRM (customer relations managment) system that would allow a company to have several different accounts under a parent account with customer information (notes, calendar, letter system, etc), invoicing, product management, and employee tracking abilities would be great. Something that would not cost the new business owner a terrible amount of money in the beginning, but could grow with. This would need to be internet based and provide IT management for the smaller companies.
