Try to get as many classes as possible in highschool so you can graduate early. In college you should major in Biology and transfer to a university to get your degree. In your junior year at university you search for your medical school where you will become a dentist. Hope that helps.

ok well look online at the potential colleges you want to go to and in the dental school area they should have lists of pre-reqs if you are transferring from another university, this will give you an idea of what you will end up taking. Contact your counselor at the High School you will go to and tell them all of this and they (hopefully) will be able to help you choose the right classes to set you on the right path. Chances are any kind of anatomy or health classes your school offers are good choices, as well as some chemistry, and of course the basics: good history, english, math grades. Email the admissions counselor or dean from the DENTAL SCHOOL you want to attend and ask them all your questions. Make sure you email someone from admissions in the dental school, not just the overall university admissions, or else they might not be able to help you. You can find their email addresses on the school's website. Ask them for suggestions on what to take, any advice they have to offer, and keep up communication with them throughout high school so that they know and you know you are on the right path. Good luck!

LOL. I was going to answer a quickie but you read my mind. Hehe... Try getting A's all the way A+s even better throughout your high school. That will give you the option to choose the best colleges. Focus on your studies but don't forget to have fun. That's the trick in life. You want to learn to balance so you don't miss out on something while you are growing. Learning to balance is the key to success in life. You can't have too much of anything.

WoW. a dentist huh? that's pretty stressful. i dont know if you want to know this but here goes: people who are occupied in dentistry commit the most suicides then in any other occupations. i also hope your looking forward to eight years in college so you can dig in people's mouths :)
