Apple computers & the parts used in them are designed by apple. No third party product is used on them. Hence any accessories that you may use ona PC is not compatible with Mac's.

Moreover their Logic Board design is very compact that everything is embedded. Thats why whenever you happen to have any specific issues with graphic card or network card Apple service center would replace the Logic board and not specifically the card (Which is not possible either).

I don't think you can use a Windows AGP card or any add-on card that you use on a windows PC can be used with a Mac.

video cards are not associated with windows.... maybe the drivers but if the motherboard in the mac has a AGP slot then it should work

No, the cards have to buit to suit a Mac. Mac's usually have a great amout of graphics demand so you are going to have to buy one off EBaY most likely
